The program will create a practical pathway to stable housing for people who are frequently excluded from traditional rental opportunities and also helping them achieve greater security, dignity, and independence.

Who is eligible?

We welcome adults who are seeking a safe, stable, comfortable, and supportive place to call home who are able to live independently and manage their daily personal needs.

We proudly serve:

  • Seniors age 55+
  • Veterans
  • Adults transitioning from homelessness
  • Adults living on a fixed or limited income
  • Adults seeking stable, affordable housing in a peaceful community

Are meals provided?

Residents are encouraged to maintain their independence, including preparing and managing their own meals. Residents have access to a shared kitchen where they can prepare and store their food.

Is there currently a waiting list?

Yes, availability at Comfort Grove Independent Living may vary based on current occupancy. When rooms are unavailable, prospective residents are welcome to join our waiting list to be considered as openings become available.

How long can a resident stay?

Residents may remain in the home as long as they continue to meet our eligibility requirements, follow the residency agreement and house guidelines, remain financially current, and the home continues to be an appropriate fit for their independent living needs.

Do you offer private and shared rooms?

Yes, we offer both private and shared room options, depending on current availability. Shared rooms offer an affordable option for residents who enjoy companionship and community, while private rooms provide additional privacy and personal space.
