Our Story

Comfort Grove Independent Living was created from compassion, personal experience, and a desire to give back. After experiencing homelessness firsthand, we understands what it feels like to be without a safe place to call home.

With the rising cost of living, we want to provide affordable, peaceful housing for individuals who may be struggling or simply need a fresh start.

Our purpose is more than providing a room, it’s about offering dignity, stability, hope, and a sense of belonging while making a positive difference in our community.

Comfort Grove Independent Living grew from something that has always been close to our hearts; helping others and giving back to our community. Long before opening a home, we found different ways to support people in need, offer encouragement, and lend a helping hand whenever we could.

Is there currently a waiting list?

Yes, availability at Comfort Grove Independent Living may vary based on current occupancy. When rooms are unavailable, prospective residents are welcome to join our waiting list to be considered as openings become availab

Do you offer private and shared rooms?

Yes, we offers both private and shared room options, depending on current availability. Shared rooms offer an affordable option for residents who enjoy companionship and community, while private rooms provide additional privacy and personal space.

Are meals provided?

Residents are encouraged to maintain their independence, including preparing and managing their own meals. Residents have access to a shared kitchen where they can prepare and store their food.

How long can a resident stay?

Residents may remain in the home as long as they continue to meet our eligibility requirements, follow the residency agreement and house guidelines, remain financially current, and the home continues to be an appropriate fit for their independent living needs.
